A great way to get attention is by placing your group's posters in designated areas in the Leacock building and AUS lounge. The AUS is responsible for the bulletin boards in the Leacock lobby and in the corridor that connects the Arts and Leacock buildings. Student groups and individuals may post a maximum of 8 8.5"x11" posters on the various bulletin boards within Leacock/Arts. All posters must be brought to the AUS office to be stamped prior to posting, and all unstamped posters will be removed.
Please note that the AUS does not post your flyers or posters for you, and does not take responsibility for posters stamped by the AUS that are affixed outside of the Leacock or Arts buildings. Please ensure that you follow all McGill University guidelines and Ville de Montreal by-laws in advertising your events, groups and initiatives.
